• Country/National titles are for delegates representing countries other than the USA. There are no residency requirements.

• Complete Step 1 (Application) to apply for your Preliminary (National or State) Title, then

• Complete Step 2 (Registration /Payment) for your division. Fees are due upon registration; however, payment plans are available.

• Delegates are responsible for their own transportation, lodging, competition wardrobe and incidentals while in Dallas.
